Board of Governors Black Tie Dinner at The University Club

IW&FS Board of Governors of Americas and W&FSNY Black Tie Dinner with Chateau Palmer and Jean-Louis Carbonnier at The University Club. Following a Champagne Reception with hors d'ouevres and Henriot Blanc des Blanc Champagne, an exquisite dinner will be  prepared by Executive Chef, Robert Bagli, where he will pair the following wines: Chateau Palmer 1995, 1999, 2004 and the Alter Ego 2006.  Each couple will receive a complimentary copy of Chateau Palmer written by Aurélie Labruyère, translated by Gila Walker, & published by Editions Mollat in 2008.
