Parmigiano & Proscuitto Tasting

Noted Italian wine and food expert, Sharron McCarthy Piech will comment on the Parmigiano Reggiano and Proscuitto di Parma.  Carlos Mastroberardino will guide us through nine different Mastroberardino wines from the region of Campania. Scarlatti's Chef/Owner, Lello Arpaia is creating a menu based on regional specialties.
