BYO Pinot Noir Pop-up Dinner at IRIS

Select wines made from at least 50% Pinot Noir, such as certain champagnes, red Burgundies, or Pinot Noirs from around the world, to pair with a meal inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean.  At IRIS, Chef John Fraser draws upon his Greek heritage and deep admiration for Turkish cuisine to create a menu that suggests a sense of place, while leaving room for innovation and imagination in flavor, texture and presentation.
