Dim Sum Luncheon & Tea Seminar
Partake in a veritable dim sum feast at HSF Restaurant where the various dumplings and dishes will be described and the cooking techniques explained. Kenneth Rapieff, raconteur and spokesman for the Tea Council will guide us through the tasting of rare Chinese teas.
