Internationally acclaimed Zuma hosts Special Rhone Valley Evening and W&FSNY BYOB

Zuma, London's award-winning restaurant and the brainchild of award winning chef, co-founder and creator, Rainer Becker,captivates on Madison Avenue in midtown, New York with its internationally acclaimed style of modern Japanese cuisine.

Greg Hurst and Jeff Liddle Co- Chair an evening of red and white Rhone wines with Zuma serving dishes designed to share and inspired by the informal dining style of Izakaya.

Three kitchens (main kitchen, sushi counter, and a robata grill) will present in an elegant and spacious private dining space authentic yet alluring cuisine with bold flavors and exquisite presentation, highlighting quality ingredients with gracious service. The menu offers signature dishes including tsubu-miso gake hinadori no oven taki – barley miso chicken oven roasted over cedar wood;  rib eye no daikon ponzu fumi – rib eye steak with wafu sauce and garlic chips; kinoko no kama meshi – rice hot pot with wild mushrooms and Japanese vegetables; and suzuki no sashimi – seabass sashimi with yuzu and salmon roe.
