The Best of California Wines BYOB
While the core of this event will be older vintage red and white from California, the chairmen of this event think it might be interesting to experiment with some of the "new wave" California/European varities. Michael McCarty of Michael's on 55th will delight us with his omni-present California culinary expertise with a five course meal prepared for us to enjoy in the private dining room.
