Cellar Dinner at La Fonda Del Sol

70's Bordeaux W&FSNY Cellar Dinner at the richly elegant and modern private dining room of La Fonda Del Sol led from the kitchen that evening only by Chef Franck Deletrain, who has creates nightly a classic French menu for the Café Centro.

Wines with our five course dinner include; 1975 Lafite Rothschild; 1975 Pichon Lalande; 1978 Lynch Bages; 1978 Meyney; 1978 Cos d'Estournel and the 1978 Haut Brion Blanc, and 1979 d'Yquem.
